Jared M. Spool über Personas

Ich bin über einen interessanten Artikel von Jared M. Spool gestolpert: Three Important Benefits of Personas. Er beschreibt darin unter anderem das in der Psychologie als grounding bekannte Phänomen, eine unbekante Umgebung (Informationsraum) auf sich selbst zu beziehen um sich zu orientieren.

Psychologists call this 'grounding'—the natural behavior of initially finding a known reference point in a foreign information space. Once the person has grounded themselves, they can then use the starting point to understand the rest of the space.

Der Artikel ist recht kurz und wirlich lesenswert.

Das Konzept der Personas stammt ja bekanntlich von Alan Cooper und wird in der IA Szene auf breiter Basis angenommen.
