Usability dilemma?

Das hier ist ein netter, kurzer Artikel: The nonsense usability dilemma.

"If a site is easy to use, visitors will not stay for long and that’s no good" [...] The number of page impressions per visitor is not, by any means, a direct measure of a good user experience.

Mir ist das nonsense usability dilemma noch nicht persönlich untergekommen, ich glaube aber gern´, dass man das im Projekt auch mal zu hören bekommen kann.
