Wenn man Scrum nicht als eine neu zu erlernende Technik ansieht, sondern sich mal anschaut was dahinter steckt, merkt man, dass man oft das eine oder andere bereits so auch schon macht... und dann ist der Weg hin zu Scrum einfach nur ein weiterer Schritt in die Richtung die man eh schon eingeschlagen hat. Ganz einfach :)
